The project involves construction of a residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, 4 parking levels and 25 additional floors which consists of 450 fully furnished studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, a business centre, 4 high speed elevators, a health complex featuring gymnasiums, a spa, a squash court, a multi-purpose tenant’s room, a lounge and viewing area.
