Al Noor Tower Overview

Barsha Heights, formerly known as TECOM, is a new commercial and residential district situated between The Greens community and Al Barsha. It lies roughly two kilometres inland from Palm Jumeirah and is bounded by Sheikh Zayed Road, Hessa Street, First Al Khail Street and Jebel Ali Racecourse Road. Construction began here in 2006 and although some 90 buildings have been completed there are still many empty plots awaiting development.
